Pedestrian nearly hit at crosswalk

Incident Details
FRI 8:14AM At the intersection with AT&T and Citizens Bank, a light truck was at the red light waiting to turn right but didn’t realize his car was slightly moving forward while a pedestrian was crossing. The driver slammed on his brakes, and the pedestrian hit his hands down on the hood of the vehicle. The pedestrian, reported as being 25-34 years old, did not want immediate medical attention.
